The morning begins with a peaceful walk down Via de' Tornabuoni, where I grab a quick espresso from a local bar and watch the city slowly wake up. People here don’t rush; they take time to enjoy their food, their company, and even a simple stroll along the Arno River. The Florentine pace of life is slower, and that’s exactly how we like it. You’ll often see us just enjoying a glass of Chianti in the late afternoon, chatting with friends, or popping into a small trattoria for a plate of pappardelle with wild boar.
Florence is much more than just its famous landmarks—its true beauty lies in the hidden corners, where locals live, work, and eat. These places give you a taste of the Florence we know and love, without the crowds or the rush.
